FETCH BY C2C CERTIFIED® — BETA TEST TERMS OF USE

Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute (C2CPII)

Last updated: July 2026

INTRODUCTION

You've been invited to test an early version of FETCH by C2C Certified®. It's a first-of-its-kind material health tool built by Ren DeCherney, the Director - Built Environment for the Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute (C2CPII). These terms explain what you can and can't do with it, and what we ask in return. By clicking "I agree," you're accepting these terms on behalf of yourself.

1. WHAT YOU'RE GETTING ACCESS TO AS THE EARLY ACCESS COHORT

You're receiving a limited, temporary access to use a pre-release version of FETCH by C2C Certified® for internal testing and evaluation only. Your access is personal and non-transferable. It isn't a finished product and may have bugs, gaps, or unexpected behavior and the purpose of the beta test is to find if these exist and to fix them.

2. KEEP IT WITHIN YOUR TEAM

The Early Access Cohort for this beta test is limited and confidential. You may share access with colleagues in your firm but that's it. Please don't:

  • Share the tool with anyone outside your immediate team or with someone who doesn't have access
  • Post about it publicly or on social media
  • Try to copy, reverse-engineer, or recreate it

You're responsible for making sure anyone on your team who uses it follows these same rules. If you would like to add more colleagues to the Early Access Cohort, please contact ren.decherney@c2ccertified.org.

3. KEEP IT CONFIDENTIAL

Everything about FETCH (the tool itself, how it works, what it looks like, and any data it surfaces) is confidential. Please treat it like any sensitive business information you've been trusted with. This applies during the beta test and for a year after it ends.

4. WE NEED YOUR FEEDBACK!

Your input is the whole point of this Early Access and beta test. We'll ask you to share observations, flag bugs, and tell us what's working and what isn't. Any ideas or suggestions you share become part of what we can build on, without any obligation to credit or compensate you. That's standard for beta programs, and we genuinely appreciate it.

If you notice any answers that seem incorrect or inaccurately sourced please use the feedback buttons or send a screenshot to ren.decherney@c2ccertified.org.

Please send any ideas or suggestions to ren.decherney@c2ccertified.org.

We appreciate your feedback!

5. FETCH BELONGS TO C2CPII

Using the beta doesn't give you any ownership over the tool. All rights to FETCH including anything that develops from your feedback belong to C2CPII.

6. IT'S A BETA TEST — USE IT ACCORDINGLY

FETCH is provided as-is. It's a work in progress, and we can't guarantee it'll always be accurate, available, or error-free. As an AI-backed tool, it may make errors or provide inaccurate answers. Please don't rely on it for any project decisions that require information to be 100% accurate during the beta. C2CPII isn't responsible for any issues that arise from using it during this phase.

7. END OF THE BETA

Either of us can end your access at any time and we'll let you know if we're wrapping up the beta. When it ends, please stop using the tool and delete any materials you have. Taking part in the beta doesn't guarantee access to the final product.

8. CAN WE MENTION YOU IN OUR LAUNCH? (OPTIONAL)

If you're open to it, we'd love to reference you as a beta participant when we launch FETCH publicly in things like press releases, our website, case studies, or social media. We'd always get your sign-off before quoting you directly, and you can change your mind at any time.

AGREEMENT

By agreeing, you confirm that you've read and understood these terms, and that you're authorized to accept them on behalf of your organization.
